Is a Charles City County business license required?

Community Market vendors are required to have a Charles City County business license.

Food vendors do not require to have a Charles City County business license.

Will meals tax be collected?

We will not collect a meal tax from vendors.

How many people come through on a normal basis?

1000 vehicles

Where are you located?

Our food park is conveniently located 1/2 mile from Ruthville, Virginia where the community center/gym and food pantry may be found. We are 2 miles North of Haupts Market and the Virginia Capital Trail adjacent to John Tyler Memorial Hwy (Rt.5). With an easy +&- 3 miles from the Charles City County Courthouse, government offices, the school board, both schools, and a dollar general.
